Everyone is different and some people might only want to check their social media once a day, but that’s okay too. As long as you prove that you are active in it, people will respect it. If your customers and potential customers see a pattern that everyday around noon you are posting updates to your accounts, they’ll know to expect it.
Setting up email notifications helps too in case someone sends you a message that requires immediate attention. It doesn’t take that long to quickly reply!
